QL seems to have lost a big part of its audience since the update, so I've been trying to at least get some games going in Q3. CPMA is the best place to play to be honest, but hardly anyone "new" has it. If you want to remain here in 1.16, that's fine, but there are quite a number of people who are always down for a game in CPMA.

I have created a forum for a Q3 resource guide with downloads, mods, maps, server info, and everything you really need to know about 1.32. I would like to hopefully get a big group of people who constantly love to play so we can have endless fun. CTF, TDM, CA, NTF (Not Team Fortress), 2v2, Duel, you name it!

**Also, smokey has set up the old #nmbr. cfgs on the 2k10 Chicago server. The server has CA, CTF, TDM, Freeze, Duel, and FFA.

Busier maybe, but not bigger. More people quit QL than new players signed up. It's busier because the people who rarely played are now playing again due to the "new" infrastructure.

Give it ups already your argument/hatred towards ql isn't going to help your cause of getting people to quit playing ql.

Where do you get your information from? You seem to make a lot of assumptions.

Activity is activity. Old players coming back or new players just starting.

As for me I was invited to CPMA servers on 5 separate occasions. 2 things always seemed to remain constant....

1. It was relatively the same people that played.
2. I just sat there and never was allowed to play.

Probably because you played with the uscpm guys. They're all "skilled" and don't care to let new players join their games, hence why I made my forum for everyone else who just wants to play PUG's.

I joined > a/w server yesterday or whenever it was.. I can't do .16 a/w. At least on their server, you start off with 120 health I think and it counts down to 100. Besides that a direct rocket does 100 dmg. What kind of bs is that. So ONE direct rocket your dead until someone melts you which is highly unlikely.

Rocket always does 100, even in QL. That's how it is. 100 for a direct hit and about 65 per splash (depending on the distance from you). Rail default is 100 but we nerfed it to 80 like CPMA/QL.

Greater-than server is sort of unpopular because it is set to delag 0, and noghost has quite a crappy "delag 0" gameplay.

Try playing in smokey's server. You might actually enjoy it since we know how to make the gameplay great.

No QL rockets are 66 damage 33 armor.

We tested it out one day.. Those are direct rockets to. It takes 3 direct rockets to kill.
Their server took 1 direct to kill.

Rail take 4 shots to kill

Ugh, you're talking about Clan Arena. The damages in CA are more or less the same. 66 health and 33 armor is 99 total damage dealt. With a starting stack of 200 100, 3 rockets to kill equals 100 damage per rocket. Watch videos of people dueling in QL, 1 direct rocket at an enemy with 100 health is a kill. Rocket and grenades do 100 and rail does 80. They nerfed LG to 7 I think but increased the reload rate.

Either way, rockets always do 100 unless someone really wants to nerf it. I mean, it's a freaking rocket to the noggin, not a slap to your face.

***(80 during 1sec of spinup, 160 at full speed, assuming all bullets hit)
